VALVE - RAD MEPCO 3/4" ADJUSTABLE

Controlling steam flow into a radiator, this Mepco 3/4" angle radiator valve regulates the supply of steam to a two-pipe or vacuum steam radiator, opening and closing the line right at the radiator. Built of brass for steam service, it seals tightly around the stem for positive shut-off and holds up to the heat and pressure of low-pressure steam heating. A tamper-proof adjustment meters the steam flow so the radiator can be balanced against the rest of the system, then locked so the setting is not disturbed. It is rated for systems from 25" Hg vacuum up to 25 psig steam, making it a fit for Mepco and Vent-Rite Vari-Vac vacuum steam systems as well as standard two-pipe steam.
