THREAD LOCKER - PERMATEX BLUE

This blue medium-strength threadlocker keeps threaded fasteners from loosening under vibration while still allowing removal with hand tools for service. Applied to the threads before assembly, the liquid cures in the absence of air to lock and seal the fastener, preventing the backing-out and leaks that vibration causes on pumps, motors, and equipment. Because it is the removable medium-strength grade, bolts and fittings can still be taken apart later with ordinary wrenches. For securing fasteners on serviceable plumbing and mechanical equipment, it is a shop and truck staple.
