Tying together 1-1/4" pipe, this Fernco flexible coupling forms a gasketed, watertight joint with no solvent, threading, or heat. The elastomeric sleeve seals over both pipe ends and stainless steel band clamps secure each side, letting it join the mix of plastic, copper, steel, and cast iron found in small drain lines. Because the sleeve flexes, it forgives the minor misalignment that makes rigid fittings a struggle in repair work.
