Joining a 1-1/2" pipe to a 1-1/4" pipe, this Fernco flexible reducing coupling makes a gasketed connection between the two sizes without hub fittings, solvent, or threading. The elastomeric sleeve seals over both pipe ends while stainless steel band clamps lock each side down, accommodating the different materials -- plastic, steel, copper, or cast iron -- common in drain work.
