Controlling water to a fixture, this angle quarter-turn supply stop valve is the shutoff that mounts on the supply line to a faucet or toilet, letting a plumber turn off the water to that fixture without shutting down the whole building. A quarter-turn ball design opens and closes with a 90-degree turn of the handle for fast, reliable on/off that resists the sticking and seizing of older stops. It takes a 1/2" FIP inlet from the supply pipe and a 3/8" OD compression outlet to the fixture supply tube, turning the flow from a pipe coming out of the wall up to the fixture.
