STUD FINDER - ZIRCON SENSOR

Finding studs behind drywall in seconds, this Zircon StudSensor locates the edges of wood and metal studs up to 3/4" deep so a user can mount, hang, and anchor into solid framing with confidence. As the tool slides across the wall, red LEDs light up on approach and a bright green LED plus an audio alert signal the moment a stud edge is reached; marking both edges pinpoints the stud. Zircon's TruCal technology automatically calibrates to the wall's density and lights a steady green ready indicator, and a patented over-the-stud indicator warns if scanning happens to start over a stud so the reading stays accurate. Powered by a 9V battery, it is a simple, reliable tool for mounting flat-panel TVs, hanging pictures and mirrors, and anchoring bookcases and other top-heavy furniture.
