This genuine 1-1/2" x 9" Sloan vacuum breaker vents air to stop back-siphonage through a flushometer and replaces a worn unit where a longer tube is needed to reach the fixture spud. Installed between the control stop and the spud with its coupling nut, it keeps the exposed flush connection code-compliant and watertight while the 9" length spans taller rough-in gaps. Offered in chrome-plated or rough brass to match the trim, it seats with genuine sizing for a first-try seal. It is a standard replacement on Sloan flushometer connections with a longer drop to the fixture.
