Bedding and sealing flashing, this 5-gallon flashing cement is a thick, fibered asphalt mastic made for sealing flashing, seams, and detail work where a heavier, more flexible cement is needed than general roof cement. Troweled behind and over flashing at walls, chimneys, vents, and valleys, it beds the metal, seals the edges, and stays flexible to move with the joint without cracking, bonding to metal, masonry, and roofing. The fibered body clings to vertical surfaces and fills gaps around penetrations. A 5-gallon pail handles a large flashing job or many detail seals. It is the mastic for durable, watertight flashing and detail work.
