PRIMER - ZINSSER COVER STAIN OIL

Cedar and redwood tannins, water marks, and other stains can bleed through ordinary primers, and this 1 Gal. Zinsser Cover Stain oil-based primer-sealer blocks them. It seals wood, masonry, drywall, and other porous surfaces, sticks to all surfaces without sanding, and can be topcoated in about 30 minutes. The matte white finish works indoors and out.
