Bonding new plaster to a surface it would otherwise peel off of, this 1 Qt. of plaster bonding agent is a brush- or roll-applied liquid that lets fresh plaster, stucco, or patching grip tightly to dense, smooth, or previously painted surfaces -- concrete, block, old plaster, tile, and more -- without the bond failure that cracks and delaminates a repair. Rolled onto the surface and left to tack up, it creates a permanent bonding film that the new plaster keys into, replacing the old step of hacking or scoring the surface for grip. It bonds where plaster normally will not stick and stays flexible to resist cracking. A 1 Qt. covers a sizable area of wall or ceiling. It is the step that makes a plaster patch or skim coat actually hold.
