HENRY 547 Universal Underlayment is a Portland Cement-based patch for smoothing interior surfaces to provide a permanent, smooth finish prior to the installation of new floor coverings. This underlayment sets in 2 hours and can be used on concrete, wood and metal flooring as a feather-edge, deep fill or embossing leveler.
