CAP - BLACK, BRASS & SWEAT

A pipe cap closes off the end of a pipe, sealing a run, stubbing out for a future connection, or holding pressure for testing. These caps are stocked in black steel and brass (threaded, to screw onto a male pipe end) and in sweat copper (to solder onto copper tube), covering the common sizes for water, gas, steam, and black-iron work.
